What is non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)?
Non-emergency medical transportation provides safe, scheduled rides to and from medical appointments and treatments for people who do not require an ambulance but may need extra assistance, comfort, or reliability getting there.
How do I book a ride?
Call us or fill out the request form on our Contact page with your appointment date, time, pickup location, and destination. Our dispatch team will confirm the details and schedule your ride.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance when possible. For recurring appointments such as dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule so a ride is always reserved for you.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Humboldt County and Sonoma County in California, as well as Bastrop and the greater Austin area in Texas.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes. In most cases a family member, caregiver, or companion is welcome to ride along. Just let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Do you provide door-to-door assistance?
Yes. Our drivers provide door-through-door assistance — helping passengers safely from their door to the vehicle and into their destination.
